| 1 | How to register for RT13 and / or GA12?
Participants may register online to attend both RT13 as well as GA12. Please ensure that you use your RSPO Membership Code(s) to enjoy the Member Rates made available only to RSPO Members. |

The website seems to be lacking information. Why is that and when will it be available? This website is to provide as much general information as possible i.e. dates, venue, programme outline, fees, sponsorship, exhibition etc.
Further details, especially pertaining to the programme, speakers, etc. will be updated in stages as we progress on the organizing aspects of the meeting. |

What are the registration fees and deadlines for RT13? |

How do I / we pay for the RT13 registration fees? Participants can make payment using the following methods: - Telegraphic Transfer
(Full payment must be received by the RSPO Secretariat to confirm registration) - Credit Card
(Credit card payments are charged using a secured payment gateway: iPay88.com) - Company Cheque
Payment via company cheque is only available for Malaysian companies that are making payment in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. Kindly contact us at rt@rspo.org for further information on RT13 conference rates in MYR. |

Can I / we pay for the RT13 fees as a walk-in participant? Yes, you can. However, for logistics and convenience purpose, we would advise you to pre-register online through the RT13 website. You may do so at http://rt13.rspo.org/c/registration/ |

Do I require a visa to enter Malaysia? Depending on your country of citizenship, you may be required to obtain a visa to enter Malaysia. Visa requirements vary and are subject to change, so please refer to the respective High Commission/Embassy/Consulate of the country concerned. |

What should I know about the RT13 venue? The RT13 will be held at the Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. How do I make hotel reservations? RSPO has arranged for special rates for the participants of RT13 at the Shangri-La Hotel Kuala Lumpur and other participating hotels.
Participants are encouraged to book your rooms early to ensure availability. Reservations link will be available soon. |
